Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Information you submit through our forms, such as name, company, email, phone and your message.
• When you request a resource from the library, your email address so we can send you the download link.
• Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and operation.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange meetings, deliver resources you request, and process registration or invoice requests. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

How it is shared

We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are delivered to our own inboxes through Microsoft 365. We use trusted service providers (hosting and email) that process data on our behalf. We share data with partners only when it is necessary to respond to your specific request, and we tell you when that is the case.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact inception@anteambulo.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner; until then, and if you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored (we run Google Consent Mode with storage denied by default). You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. We may also use Microsoft Clarity and a LinkedIn Insight Tag for aggregated usage insight and, where relevant, advertising measurement — these load only after you accept.

If you follow links to third-party services (LinkedIn or our booking calendar), those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
